The DiMeos are getting ready for Halloween in Wednesday's all-new episode of Speechless, but there might be a change of plans!
In ET’s exclusive sneak peek, Jimmy (John Ross Bowie) is going all out for the family’s joint costume -- designing an amazing replica of the iconic Back to the Future DeLorean to fit over J.J.’s (Micah Fowler) wheelchair -- when Maya (Minnie Driver) interrupts him with some bad news.
“The kids aren’t going to do family costume this year,” Maya tells her husband, wincing at his reaction. “They’re ditching us for Halloween.”

“That physically hurts,” Jimmy admits, sardonically placing the blame on himself.
