Watch out! Tiny blue men in white outfits are invading New York City! Oh wait, nevermind … it's just those lovable Smurfs! ET has an exclusive interview with human stars of 'The Smurfs', Neil Patrick Harris and Jayma Mays, as they playfully banter about life in 3-D, taking over New York and what they think their Smurf names would be!

In this summer’s 3-D animated movie, the Smurfs wind up in the human world after their archenemy Gargamel (Hank Azaria) forces the little blue creatures out of their village. Havoc ensues when the Smurfs land in the middle of New York City's Central Park. In the film, Harris and Mays play a young couple whose lives and apartment gets overrun by the tiny blue guys (and gal). Katy Perry, Alan Cumming, Jeff Foxworthy, George Lopez and Jonathan Winters lend their voices to the animated blue family.

After hosting a lighting ceremony at the Empire State Building which turned the iconic building blue to encourage Smurfs fans everywhere to donate to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, Neil Patrick Harris explained how the Big Apple plays a pivotal role in the film: "It’s a love story to New York. [New York] is the antithesis of Smurf Village in a way. It sort of forces the Smurfs to grow up and learn about the big city."

Get Smurf'd with 'The Smurfs' on Aug. 3, 2011 – it’ll be Smurf-tacular!
