The Lemonade singer -- whose celebrated album sparked controversy for some of its strong political messages -- teamed up with the Dixie Chicks (who are no strangers to courting controversy themselves for their outspoken political stances) for an astounding performance that brought down the house at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday.

Beyonce performed her single "Daddy Lessons" -- which is likely her most country-sounding song to date -- along with the Dixie Chicks, who famously covered the twangy track a week after Lemonade dropped last year.

The 35-year-old 20-time GRAMMY winner looked absolutely stunning in a shimmering, off-white and silver semi-sheer gown with a plunging neckline, which she complemented with a striking pearl necklace.
