'Evil Dead' Kills at Box Office

Evil Dead got off to a lively start at the box office over the weekend, debuting as the No. 1 movie in America.
The horror remake dug up $26 million after costing only $17 million to produce, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Croods and G.I. Joe: Retaliation tied for second, both pulling in $21.1 million. Right behind them was Jurassic Park 3D. The rerelease debuted to the tune of $18.2 million for fourth place.
Fifth place went to Olympus Has Fallen, which procured $10 million.
