Martha Stewart Candidly Reveals Exactly What Work She's Had Done to Her Face: 'I Don't Want to Look My Age'

The 82-year-old mogul shares why she chose to undergo certain cosmetic procedures.

Martha Stewart knows a thing or two about putting your best face forward!

On Thursday, the 82-year-old mogul premiered The Martha Stewart podcast on iHeartRadio, where she was joined by "artist" dermatologist Dr. Dan Belkin, for a candid conversation around the tools he uses to help the former model avoid looking her age.

"Everybody is so interested when they see a selfie of me posted on the internet," she says during the conversation. "So many comments are about my face lift and who did it and when did I have it done and how much retouching is on the photograph, and I just want to set the record straight."

Together, Stewart and Dr. Belkin reveal that because Stewart takes care of her body from the inside out, she only requires minimal procedures such as Botox, minimal fillers, and laser treatments, which she credits for managing her beautifully sculpted chest line.

"So it's not so complicated," she says dispelling rumors of plastic surgery. "And it's not cutting me and sewing me up. It is really preventative and very encouraging because it really does make me look better."

All treatments that help Stewart avoid thinking -- or looking -- her age.

"I don't think a lot about age, and I don't really want to look my age at all," she says. "And that's why I really work so hard at it, I exercise ...my diet which is a very healthy, normal diet. I don't do any fad diets or any pills or anything like that. I just eat really well and I watch what I eat and that's really a secret."

Stewart also gives credit to her physical movement, which includes Pilates.

When it comes to the parts of her face that she's the most impressed with, the Martha and Snoop host admits she has a "really nice neck and jawline."

Last May, Stewart broke the internet when she appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit edition. For the cover, the octogenarian took her Instagram talents from the grid to the magazine spread, and proudly rocked a series of swimsuits while making history as the oldest cover star.

ET spoke with the cover girl, who said that plastic surgery is off the table, as she knows how to maintain her appearance and what works for her.

"I think the world has embraced the fact that you can be whoever you are whenever you want to be it," she said. "That's really what I think is helping. I think it's helping people. You put on a bathing suit and you feel good about it. [People are] trying a little harder to keep your good health, your good looks, your good skin, your good hair."
