BEST: Julianne Hough

Wowza! The professional dancer turned heads in a black, floor-length Marchesa dress, which featured sheer tulle and pink flowers. Her beauty look was equally stunning, consisting of a pretty smokey eye, sky-high lashes and a light pink pout.

WORST: Ariel Winter

The Modern Family actress isn’t afraid to show off some skin, but this black Zuhair Murad lace gown could have done without the extra front slit.

BEST: Issa Rae

Insecure? More like red hot and confident! The actress turned heads in a custom Vera Wang one-shouldered dress, which featured dual-length sleeves. And can we talk about that updo? Flawless.

WORST: Kathryn Hahn

The Transparent star’s hair and makeup was on point, but her Vintage Courreges Couture gown, which featured polka dots and stripes on the top, was unflattering and draped down over her figure.

BEST: Mandy Moore

Engagement looks good on the This Is Us star! While all eyes were on the actress' stunning new sparkler, it was hard not to notice her couture ensemble, consisting of a strapless black-and-white Carolina Herrera gown with custom Jennifer Meyer jewelry. She added a pop of color with a bright pink lip.

WORST: Neve Campbell

Deal another one! The House of Cards actress took a wrong turn with this black fringed and sequined flapper-inspired Celia Kritharioti Haute Couture, which aged her overall look.

BEST: Jane Fonda

Dayum, girl! Everyone was talking about the 79-year-old actress' look on Sunday, which consisted of a flirty ponytail, bright pink custom Brandon Maxwell dress and emerald-and-diamond Gismondi 1754 jewelry. On the red carpet, the Grace and Frankie star told ET the look was actually inspired by Gwen Stefani! So rad.

WORST: Rachel Bloom

The Crazy Ex-Girlfriend actress looked gorgeous, but her black Gucci dress with lace trimming was a bit informal for the Emmys.

BEST: Jessica Biel

And this is how you pull off sparkles. The Sinner star stunned in a glitzy Ralph & Russo couture dress, which featured silver embellishments and a sheer pink overlay. Her bedazzled stilettos and dangly earrings completed the look perfectly.

WORST: Yvonne Strahovski

The Handmaid's Tale actress is a stunner, but her red silk custom Julien Macdonald gown could've used a couple of statement pieces and her hair down to make her stand out from the crowd.

BEST: Emmy Rossum

Simply stunning! The Shameless star sported one of our favorite looks of the night, a strapless, sparkly Zac Posen dress with green jewels. She glammed up the look even more with lush Hollywood curls.

WORST: Deon Cole

This red plaid suit worn by the black‑ish star is fun but better suited for maybe another awards show rather than a formal awards ceremony such as the Emmys.

BEST: Shailene Woodley

The Big Little Lies star opted for a daring ensemble on Sunday, showing a little cleavage in a velvet, emerald green Ralph Lauren number, which she paired with dark gold glass SOHOT sandals. Her chic, messy updo topped the look off impeccably!

WORST: Samantha Bee

Another fashion misstep was the Full Frontal host, who looked matronly with this forest green silk Rubin Singer gown and Csarite earrings and a ring.

BEST: Felicity Huffman

The American Crime star dazzled in a baby blue Tony Ward lace couture dress, which she styled with a Emm Kuo clutch, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Louboutin heels. Gorgeous!

WORST: Michael Mando

The Better Call Saul actor has recently been rocking some great red carpet looks, but his blue-and-white plaid blazer needs to be filed away.

BEST: Millie Bobby Brown

The Stranger Things cutie looked like a modern-day princess in a strapless ball gown by Calvin Klein by Appointment with a white bandana belt. She completed the look with a fresh manicure and sparkly, pointed-toe shoes.

WORST: Cara Buono

While black is always a safe bet, the Stranger Things actress was a letdown in a Cristina Ottaviano gown with a baby blue ruffle across the chest, which appeared to be wrinkled.

BEST: Donald Glover

Before making history as the first black person to win Best Director for a Comedy Series for Atlanta, the actor won a coveted spot on our Best Dressed list for his ensemble, which consisted of a purple Gucci DIY MTO peak lapel Heritage tuxedo with a white dress shirt, yellow printed pocket square, bow tie and patent leather lace ups.

WORST: Ajiona Alexus

The 13 Reasons Why star took it over the top with a white Temraza Official half-pantsuit, half-gown. While her makeup was flawless, the ensemble was a flop.

BEST: Sterling K. Brown & Ryan Michelle Bathe

The fan favorite from This Is Us dazzled in a Valentino suit, Jimmy Choo shoes and a Harry Winston watch, adding a pop of color with bright purple socks. But his best accessory was his wife, who slayed in a gorgeous yellow Melissa Masse dress and Harry Winston jewels. If there was an Emmy award for Best Dressed Couple, these two would win for sure!

WORST: Carrie Coon

The Leftovers star's two-toned pink Delpozo chiffon gown was too lengthy and looked messy as she walked down the red carpet.

BEST: Evan Rachel Wood

Wowing in white! The Westworld star wore white wide leg trousers, a bustier top with coattails, and a cropped bolero jacket all from Moschino by Jeremy Scott.

BEST: Milo Ventimiglia

Be still, our hearts! The This Is Us star looked as dapper as can be on the red carpet, stepping out in a classic black Ralph Lauren tux, complete with a bow tie.

BEST: Thandie Newton

Pretty in pink! The Westworld star turned heads in a beautiful rose gold Jason Wu dress with Fred Leighton jewelry.
