<p>In one of the more explosive moments of the trial,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/gwyneth-paltrow" rel="" target="_blank">Gwyneth Paltrow</a>'s jaw dropped in utter shock after opposing counsel accused the actress of lying multiple times while under oath.</p>

<p>The moment happened Friday as Paltrow took the stand for the first time in her <a href="https://www.etonline.com/gwyneth-paltrow-skiing-lawsuit-trial-begins-everything-you-need-to-know-201329" rel="" target="_blank">ski collision trial</a>&nbsp;brought forward by plaintiff Terry Sanderson in Park City, Utah, where Sanderson's attorney,&nbsp;Kristin VanOrman,&nbsp;argued she should be allowed to question Paltrow whether she's clumsy. And it was while making that argument when VanOrman said Paltrow has "lied under oath a number of times" in previous sworn depositions.</p>

<p>Paltrow's jaw immediately dropped and she shook her head, as her&nbsp;attorney, Steve Owens, immediately got up and called the comment "slanderous" and wanted it withdrawn from the record. After admonishing Owens for talking over him, Judge Kent R. Holmberg asked VanOrman if she wanted to rephrase her statement, prompting VanOrman to say, "She has made prior inconsistent statements during her deposition."</p>

<p>Eventually, the judge sided with Paltrow's attorney, who also asked for an apology.</p>

<p>"And I am sorry. All I’m saying is there were inconsistencies," VanOrman later said. "I am not trying to slander Ms. Paltrow or say she’s lying, by any which way or form."</p>

<p>Owens responded by saying, "My client says she resents that."</p>

<p>Paltrow was later asked if it's true she misrepresented a number of things while on the stand, to which Paltrow said, "Absolutely not."</p>

<p>She remains adamant Sanderson crashed into her from behind during a skiing outing at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah in 2016. When asked if she felt any empathy towards the&nbsp;retired optometrist who alleges he suffered a brain injury and four broken ribs, Paltrow said she felt "very sorry for him" because "it seems he's had a very difficult life."</p>

<p>"But I did not cause the accident so I cannot be at fault for anything that subsequently happened to him," she added.</p>

<p>When the collision happened, Paltrow said she initially thought, for a split second, that it was some kind of "practical joke" or "someone doing something perverted."</p>

<p>"So, that was a quick thought that went through my head when I was trying to reconcile what was happening," she said from the witness stand.</p>

<p>Paltrow said Sanderson's two skis came between her skis, forcing her legs apart. She also said Sanderson's body pressed up against her back and that she heard strange noises, like grunting and groaning "in a disturbing way."</p>

<p>"My brain was trying to make sense of what was happening," she said. "I thought, 'Is this a practical joke? Is someone doing something perverted? This is really strange.' My mind was going ver, very quickly and I was trying to ascertain what was happening."</p>

<p>After the collision, Paltrow said she froze and then got very upset and admits yelling at him, "You skied directly into my f***ing back!"</p>

<p>She apologized for using such language. The case has recessed until Monday morning when the trial resumes at 9 a.m.</p>

<p>According to a 2019 complaint obtained by ET, plaintiff Terry Sanderson accused Paltrow of a "hit-and-run ski crash" at Deer Valley in Utah, alleging she "skied out of control and hit the back" of him, "knocking him down hard, knocking him out, and causing a brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries." He further alleged Deer Valley employees did not&nbsp;call for emergency responders and skied away. He&nbsp;accused ski instructor Eric Christiansen of falsely reporting Paltrow did not cause the crash on an incident report. Sanderson is seeking more than $300,000 in damages.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a counterclaim filed by Paltrow in 2021, she alleged it was Sanderson who was uphill and "plowed into her back," allegedly knocking her down and spurring him to apologize.&nbsp;According to court documents, Sanderson was experiencing vision problems one year before the crash. Paltrow is seeking $1 in damages, in addition to costs and attorneys' fees.</p>

<p>"The actual damages exceed $1," the counterclaim states, "but Ms. Paltrow seeks only $1 to compensate for them. Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Plaintiff ran into Ms. Paltrow and nonetheless blamed her for it in an attempt to exploit her celebrity and wealth. Any recovery obtained by Ms. Paltrow will be donated to a charitable organization."</p>

Gwyneth Paltrow's Jaw Drops When Lawyer Accuses Her of Lying Under Oath in Ski Crash Case

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/mark-zuckerberg" rel="" target="_blank">Mark Zuckerberg</a> has a new blessing in his life: another&nbsp;baby girl!</p>

<p>On Friday, the Facebook co-founder announced his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan, gave birth to their third daughter. "Welcome to the world, Aurelia Chan Zuckerberg! You're such a little blessing," he captioned photos of them with the newborn on Instagram.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The news comes after the couple&nbsp;announced in September 2022 that <a href="https://www.etonline.com/mark-zuckerberg-and-wife-priscilla-chan-expecting-baby-no-3-191366" rel="" target="_blank">Priscilla was expecting</a>. "Lots of love. Happy to share that Max and August are getting a new baby sister next year!" they shared in a Facebook post at the time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Mark and Priscilla, who married in 2012, are also parents to daughters Maxima, 7, and August, 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

Mark Zuckerberg and Wife Priscilla Chan Welcome Baby No. 3

<p>The&nbsp;<em>Storage Wars</em>&nbsp;family is mourning the loss of a treasured member.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Gunter Nezhoda, the father of&nbsp;<em>Storage Wars</em>&nbsp;star&nbsp;Rene Nezhoda, has died at 67 years old. Gunter, an Austrian native who worked as a photographer and also had a handful of acting credits,&nbsp;was a familiar face to fans of the A&amp;E series, appearing on multiple episodes between 2015 and 2019.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Rene shared the news of his father's death with fans in a video message posted to social media on Wednesday. Rene confirmed his dad died "peacefully" in his sleep on Tuesday night from lung cancer complications after being diagnosed six months earlier.</p>

Tom Brady Shares Message About the Meaning of Success After Gisele Bündchen Speaks Out on Their Split

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/tekashi-6ix9ine" rel="" target="_blank">Tekashi 6ix9ine</a> has been&nbsp;hospitalized after suffering an attack inside a Florida gym.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 26-year-old rapper was inside an LA Fitness sauna on Tuesday when he was attacked by multiple men, his attorney told <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/03/21/tekashi-6ix9ine-attack-florida-gym-sauna-ambush-hospitalized/" rel="" target="_blank"><em>TMZ</em></a>. The Palm Beach&nbsp;Sheriff's Office confirmed deputies responded to an assault inside the gym in Lake Worth&nbsp;and learned the performer, born&nbsp;Daniel Hernandez, suffered injuries as a result of the altercation. Police confirmed he was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to a photo of&nbsp;Tekashi 6ix9ine published by <em>TMZ</em>, the rapper's face was cut and bloody. The website reported he also&nbsp;had&nbsp;injuries to his jaw, ribs and back.&nbsp;In a video published by <em>TMZ</em> purportedly of the attack, a man can be seen stomping on Tekashi's side while he's on the floor before a second man kicks him. The video, which appears to have been originally shared on social media, was partly captioned, "F**k a rat."</p>

<p>In 2019, the rapper&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/brooklyn-rapper-tekashi-6ix9ine-pleads-guilty-to-federal-charges-admits-ties-to-violent-gang-118680" target="_blank">pleaded guilty to federal charges</a> and admitted his participation in a gang. He became a witness for the prosecution and was <a href="https://www.etonline.com/rapper-tekashi-6ix9ine-to-be-released-from-prison-4-months-early-due-to-coronavirus-concerns-144183" rel="" target="_blank">ultimately released from his two-year prison sentence</a> four months early amid the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The motive behind the recent&nbsp;attack against him is unclear.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It's been an&nbsp;ongoing question amid <a href="https://www.etonline.com/gisele-bundchen-has-dinner-with-her-martial-arts-instructor-joaquim-valente-and-friends-194376" rel="" target="_blank">recurring sightings of the two together</a> following her <a href="https://www.etonline.com/tom-brady-and-gisele-bundchen-break-silence-on-painful-decision-to-divorce-193529" rel="" target="_blank">October 2022 divorce from Tom Brady</a>. In a new&nbsp;<a href="https://www.vanityfair.com/style/2023/03/gisele-bundchen-cover-story" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Vanity Fair</em></a>&nbsp;interview -- her first since her high-profile split --&nbsp;Bündchen elaborates on her ties to Valente.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"They’re all like senseis," she says of him and his&nbsp;Miami-based siblings,&nbsp;Pedro and Gui Valente. As for Joaquim specifically, he's an instructor for the runway icon and her two children, Benjamin and Vivian. But romance? While she does not explicitly deny the speculation, she chalks it up to being newly available.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure that they’re going to try to attach me to anything,” she tells&nbsp;<em>Vanity Fair</em>.&nbsp;“I’m so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially."</p>

<p>In regard to fresher speculation connecting her to Jeffrey Soffer --&nbsp;Elle Macpherson's ex-husband with ties to&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/tom-brady" rel="" target="_blank">Brady</a> --&nbsp;Bündchen can not be more clear.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I have zero relationship with him in any way,” she says, noting she has not seen him in more than six months. "He’s Tom’s friend, not my friend."</p>

<p>The star is suspicious of the story's origins. "Who benefits from this?” Bündchen asks. "Why would somebody plant something like this? There's only one reason. They want to make me look like something I’m not."</p>

<p>Bündchen's <em>Vanity Fair</em>&nbsp;issue hits newsstands on April 4.</p>

<p>ET spoke to <em>Vanity Fair</em> writer Michelle Ruiz, who spent time with Gisele at her home in Costa Rica for the story. Ruiz gave insight into the supermodel's comments about&nbsp;dating rumors surrounding her.</p>

<p>"She wouldn't really say more beyond that she just feel like there is a campaign of negative stories being planted about her but I can tell you that she was just really, really disheartened and devastated by this particular report which she said is absolutely absurd and says she has no relationship with this man whatsoever."</p>

<p>"We talked about various people that she said she is not dating and one of them is her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente,&nbsp;but she does speak really, really highly of Joaquim as a force of good in her life and her children's life," she continued. "They've all really embraced jiu-jitsu as a source of strength and Joaquim and his brothers do travel with the family in four or five day stints teaching them and she says they've been nothing but a positive influence in their life and she's really grateful for them."</p>

Gisele Bündchen Responds to Romance Rumors About Her Jiu-Jitsu Instructor Joaquim Valente

<p><a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/gina-rodriguez" rel="">Gina Rodriguez</a> has officially welcomed someone great: her first child!</p>

<p>A rep for the <em>Jane the Virgin</em>&nbsp;star confirmed to <a href="https://www.popsugar.com/celebrity/gina-rodriguez-welcomes-baby-49120495" rel="" target="_blank"><em>PopSugar</em></a> that she has given birth to her and husband Joe LoCicero's first baby. No further details were announced, such as the baby's name or the sex. The couple also hasn't shared any other details.&nbsp;<a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/03/18/gina-rodriguez-gives-birth-welcomes-first-baby-with-joe-locicero/" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Page Six</em></a> on Saturday obtained photos of Rodriguez taking a stroll in Los Angeles with the little one strapped to her chest in a carrier.</p>

<p>Back in July, on Rodriguez's 38th birthday, fans learned <a href="https://www.etonline.com/gina-rodriguez-announces-shes-pregnant-on-her-38th-birthday-188310" rel="">the performer was pregnant with her first child</a>. As she captioned her Instagram announcement,&nbsp;"This birthday hits different."</p>

<p>In the months since, the performer has been sharing snapshots along her pregnancy, including a photo from her romantic outdoor&nbsp;maternity shoot with LoCicero. In early December, she posted more photos of herself outside, her growing baby bump on full display.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The couple&nbsp;celebrated three years of marriage this year after tying&nbsp;the knot in May 2019. "With that one kiss we got 100 new family members” my 9 year old niece, Mia ❤️Thank you to my mother in law for the wedding of my dreams. And the village that helped her!" the actress wrote on Instagram at the time, confirming their nuptials. "May 4th, 2019 was absolute MAGIC. To my husband Joseph, I am yours forever."</p>

<p>In honor of their anniversary, Rodriguez wrote to her former <em>Jane the Virgin&nbsp;</em>guest co-star&nbsp;in a May social media tribute, "3 years of marriage to my best friend. You are home."</p>

<p>As for their baby on the way, the <a href="https://www.etonline.com/pregnant-gina-rodriguez-says-husband-is-training-to-be-her-doula-jokes-hell-pull-our-baby-out" rel="">mom-to-be told ET back in August</a>, "I'm so excited about it. I feel so, so overjoyed."</p>

<p>At the time, the expectant star was in preparation mode.&nbsp;"I'm taking some hardcore prenatal classes, working on that pelvic floor," she told ET. "My husband is training to be a doula,&nbsp;my doula. He's really next level."&nbsp;</p>

Gina Rodriguez Gives Birth, Welcomes First Child With Husband Joe LoCicero

<p>There's a lot the world knows about <a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/brooke-shields" rel="" target="_blank">Brooke Shields</a>' life, but this incident is one she's addressing on her own terms.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In her <a href="https://www.etonline.com/brooke-shields-says-she-spent-her-life-doing-whatever-people-wanted-in-pretty-baby-documentary" rel="" target="_blank">upcoming documentary,&nbsp;<em>Pretty Baby: Brooke Shields</em></a>, the supermodel and actress shares she was sexually assaulted in her twenties by a Hollywood executive, according to&nbsp;<em><a href="https://people.com/movies/brooke-shields-reveals-sexually-assaulted-30-years-ago-exclusive/" rel="" target="_blank">People</a>&nbsp;</em>and other reports.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"No one is going to believe me," she thought, per <em>People</em>. "People weren't believing those stories back then. I thought I would never work again."</p>

<p>The assault took place during what Shields called the "lowest point" of her career following her Princeton University graduation.&nbsp;"I thought I was getting a movie, a job," she said of the dinner she had with the unnamed executive. However, he assaulted her in his hotel room, where he had invited Shields to call for a cab. The now-57-year-old star recalled freezing in the moment and blaming herself afterward.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I kept saying, 'I shouldn't have done that. Why did I go up with him? I shouldn't have had that drink at dinner,'" she said, per&nbsp;<em>People</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Shields explained she disassociated from the incident. "Fight was not an option, so you just leave your body," she said.&nbsp;"'You're not there. It didn't happen.'"</p>

<p>"I'd always had a sense of disassociation from my body. From my sexuality," she noted.</p>

<p>"I was mostly a cover girl, so it's all here," added Shields, referencing her neck up.&nbsp;"And it was just easier to shut myself off. I was good at it."</p>

<p>According to a previous <a href="https://ew.com/movies/pretty-baby-documentary-brooke-shields-reveals-she-was-raped/" rel="" target="_blank"><em>Entertainment Weekly</em>&nbsp;report</a>&nbsp;following the film's premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, Shields occupied herself&nbsp;watching volleyball players out the window with a pair of binoculars left in the hotel room after the executive disappeared "for awhile."</p>

<p>"The door opens, the person comes out naked, and I've got the binoculars and I'm like, 'S---,'" she described. "And I put the binoculars down and he's right on me. Just like, was wrestling."</p>

<p>As Shields recalled, "I was afraid I'd get choked out or something...&nbsp;So I didn't fight that much. I didn't. I just absolutely froze. I thought one 'No' should've been enough, and I just thought, 'Stay alive and get out,' and I just shut it out."</p>

<p>"I went down in the elevator, and I got my own cab," she described.&nbsp;"I just cried all the way to my friend's apartment."</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/iheartradio-music-awards" rel="" target="_blank"> 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards</a> is gearing up to be another unforgettable night for music. On Tuesday, it was announced that Lenny Kravitz will serve as the host of the ceremony,&nbsp;where he’ll also&nbsp;perform.</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Additionally, LL Cool J will make a special appearance and&nbsp;Latto will too hit the stage. Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Keith Urban, Pat Benatar,&nbsp;Neil Giraldo, Muni Long and Cody Johnson will also be performing, while&nbsp;Coldplay will&nbsp;entertain the crowd from afar with a live performance in Brazil.&nbsp;</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Pink will not only be entertaining the audience this year&nbsp;-- she's also the 2023 honoree for the iHeartRadio Icon Award, which celebrates the impact she's made on music with her decades-long career. Last year, the award&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/ll-cool-j-to-host-2022-iheartradio-music-awards-jennifer-lopez-receiving-icon-award-179815" target="_blank">went to Jennifer Lopez</a>.&nbsp;</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Taylor Swift will also be popping up to accept the iHeartRadio Innovator Award, which recognizes her global impact on&nbsp;pop culture. Fellow honorees have included&nbsp;Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, U2 and Alicia Keys.&nbsp;</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">In January, <a href="https://www.etonline.com/2023-iheartradio-music-awards-nominations-taylor-swift-harry-styles-lizzo-and-more-197234" target="_blank">nominees for this year's show</a> were announced, including nods for&nbsp;Swift,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/lizzo" target="_blank" title="Lizzo">Lizzo</a>,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.etonline.com/people/harry-styles" target="_blank" title="Harry Styles">Harry Styles</a>, Dua Lipa, Beyoncé, Drake, and&nbsp;Bad Bunny.</p>

<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">On Tuesday,&nbsp;iHeartRadio also announced the nominees for two additional awards, Producer of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, listed below.</p>
