Brandi Glanville Says She Was Hung 'Out to Dry' Amid 'RHUGT' Legal Drama (Exclusive)

The reality star spoke to ET about her 'RHUGT' legal drama and provided a health update.

Brandi Glanville opened up about her ongoing struggles with her health and the legal battles surrounding The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip

Speaking to ET's Brice Sander at the grand opening event of the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in West Hollywood, Glanville expressed her frustration with the handling of her legal situation. "I feel sad that Bravo allowed me to be hung out to dry and go through everything that I went through with my health before they said something to vindicate me," she said.

Bravo and Peacock have had no comment on Brandi’s lawsuit or recent claims.

As previously reported by ET, Caroline Manzo filed a lawsuit against Bravo, Peacock, NBCUniversal and Shed Media -- the producers behind the show -- over an alleged "traumatic" incident with Glanville while on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco in early 2023.

According to the lawsuit obtained by ET, which Manzo filed in January, the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum claimed a "clearly intoxicated" Glanville sexually harassed her and kissed her without consent during the filming of the Real Housewives spinoff.

Glanville has vehemently denied the allegations as "demonstrably false," while her lawyers have slammed NBCUniversal and Bravo for not coming to Glanville's defense.

The legal drama surrounding the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip took a new turn when executive producer Lisa Shannon claimed in legal documents that Manzo did not feel sexually violated by Glanville but rather felt "disrespected."

Reacting to this, Glanville remarked, "I mean, I can't. Everything makes me so mad because have you watched Housewives? I just, I can't right now... I'm not back to normal."

Despite the challenges, Glanville found solace in the support she received from fellow Housewives. "It was just so nice to have like a big hug from--usually if one housewife like goes down, they push you out the door like OK, great storyline," she said, expressing gratitude for the unexpected solidarity.

Reflecting on the show's uncertain fate, Glanville admitted, "I wished it would have aired when it was supposed to air, and none of this would have happened to me... I think everything happens for a reason, and I wanted a reason; I am still waiting for that reason."

When asked about her future on television, Glanville joked about not joining Naked and Afraid but expressed interest in something iconic and different from the Housewives franchise. "Hopefully, this will turn everything around, and I will get you know the right show," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said optimistically.

In January -- prior to Manzo's lawsuit filing in New York -- Glanville spoke to ET about recent health complications, which she attributes to the sexual assault accusation against her by Manzo.

"I've had some health issues that have affected my ability to talk. My ability to taste food, my face basically would swell up, like I would have anaphylactic shock, go into anaphylactic shock constantly and I saw seven doctors and their answer to it was it was stress-induced angioedema," she said.

Glanville was ultimately diagnosed with stress-induced angioedema, a condition where swelling occurs under the skin.

Glanville stated on her health, "I'm still swelling up and going down.”

Despite the challenges, Glanville mentioned feeling better, stating, "Oh yeah, I got my groove back a little bit, just like I'm real sassy. My friends were like, 'Oh, the b**ch is back!... I'm starting to feel it!"
