Perhaps CeeLo Green mixed up the GRAMMYs and the Oscars?

CeeLo unveiled the new persona and accompanying aesthetic at the Primary Wave 11th Annual Pre-GRAMMY Party on Saturday night, donning all black with an equally wild, light-up neon mask.
